Fledge is operated by Fledge Practice LLC, a Texas limited liability company. This policy covers fledgepractice.com. The Fledge app has a separate privacy notice at app.fledgepractice.com/privacy.

We do not sell, rent, or share your information.

No advertising trackers, no cross-site tracking.

The companies that host Fledge, store our visit log, and deliver question-form email (Vercel and AWS) only handle the information needed for those services. They never receive your checklist answers, because those stay on your device.

You don't need an account, a login, or a signup to browse this site or work through the checklist. Your checklist answers live in your browser's local storage on your own device, not on a Fledge server, so we cannot read them. Signing in to the Fledge app itself is a separate step that does require an account.

Those answers (the state you picked, your license status, what you're setting out to build, and which checklist steps you've checked off) sit in your browser's local storage, a key-value store that is not visible to other websites and does not get synced to anyone else's computer unless your browser does that on its own (for example, Firefox Sync or Chrome's signed-in profile).

If you clear your browser data, your answers go with it. There is nothing for us to delete on our side, because we never had a copy of your answers.

If you visit Fledge from a different device or browser, you start fresh. There is no cross-device picture of you.

We use Vercel Analytics to count page views. It is a cookieless counter: it tells us which pages get read, not who read them, and it does not follow you to other sites.

Our server also writes one visit-log entry per full page load: the page path, your approximate location (country, region, and city), your IP address, your browser's user agent string, and a timestamp. We use it to see which regions Fledge is reaching. It is not connected to your checklist answers, because those never leave your device.

If you use the question form, we receive the email address and message you submit. Vercel processes the submission, and Amazon Simple Email Service delivers your message to our inbox and sends your confirmation. We use that information only to respond to you.

We do not add your email address or message to the visit log or a Fledge database. Copies remain in the sender and recipient email systems under their normal retention settings. Please do not include patient names, health information, or other identifying information in your question.

Fledge is built for adult licensed clinicians. It is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has somehow used Fledge in a way that resulted in personal information being collected, the contact link in the footer goes to a real human and we will investigate.
