We don’t collect what we don’t need.
Last updated April 10, 2026.
The short version
Today, Fledge does not collect personal information about you. There is no signup, no account, no email field on the wizard. Your answers live in your browser's local storage on your own device, not on a Fledge server.
If you clear your browser data, your answers go with it. There is nothing for us to delete on our side, because we never had a copy.
What's actually stored on your device
Your wizard answers — the state you picked, your entity name, your CCC-SLP status, and so on — are saved to the local storage of the browser you're using. Local storage is a key-value store that lives inside your browser; it is not visible to other websites and it does not get synced to anyone else's computer unless your browser does that on its own (for example, Firefox Sync or Chrome's signed-in profile).
If you visit Fledge from a different device or browser, you start fresh. There is no cross-device picture of you.
What we don't do
We do not run third-party analytics on the wizard pages. There is no Google Analytics, no Mixpanel, no Segment, no Meta Pixel.
We do not sell, rent, share, or syndicate your information to payers, ASHA, the state licensing boards, recruiters, or anyone else.
We do not place advertising cookies or behavioral trackers on the wizard pages.
What we might do later (and how we'll tell you)
Some features we want to build — for example a billing service that submits claims for you, or an option to email yourself a summary of your setup checklist — fundamentally need information to leave your device. When we build those, we will ask you, in plain English, before turning them on. You will see exactly what is being sent and to where, and you can say no.
If we ever introduce server-side storage of any wizard answers, this page will be updated in the same release that adds the feature. The Last Updated date at the top of the page is the canonical signal.
Logs from the server
Like almost every website, the server that serves the Fledge pages records standard request logs — IP address, user agent, the URL requested, and a timestamp. We use those to keep the site online and to spot abuse. We do not tie those logs to any individual person or to your wizard answers, because we don't have a way to.
These logs are kept for a short rolling window for operational debugging and then discarded.
Children
Fledge is built for adult licensed clinicians. It is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has somehow used Fledge in a way that resulted in personal information being collected, the contact link in the footer goes to a real human and we will investigate.
